U Mobile Device Care lets you swap or repair your protected device at any time, as long as it’s in your possession and not lost or stolen. No proof of damage is required.
All U Mobile Postpaid mass and Enterprise subscriber who buy a new device with U SaveMore or U PayLater can sign up for Device Care within 30 days of their contract. Applies to devices bought from 25 June 2025 onwards.
Step 1: Purchase any phone with U PayLater or U SaveMore.
Step 2: Pair it with a Device Care plan within 30 days of your purchase via My UMobile Apps.
Step 3: Request a swap or repair anytime at Device Care Service Portal umobile.devicecare.bolttech.my.
You will pay:
  • A monthly subscription fee (charged to your U Mobile bill).
  • A service fee (paid to Bolttech when you request a swap or repair; and cannot be charged to your U Mobile postpaid bill.
